How I can help you

COVID 19 NOTICE

Please note that I am only able to offer on-line one-to-one sessions at the moment. I hope to be able to offer face-to-face group workshops again soon in line with Government guidelines

 

One-to-one work

I work predominantly with adults.

The types of issues I can help you with are very broad but include;

  • Professional/career aspirations, or problems such as redundancy or job loss
  • Relationship issues
  • Health and wellbeing goals, including weight loss
  • Performance coaching (e.g. for public speaking/interviews)
  • The emotional component of physical health issues, including chronic pain
  • Life changes, including becoming a parent, menopause, and bereavement
  • Stress
  • Anxiety, including panic attacks
  • Phobias
  • Depression
  • Psychological trauma
  • PTSD
  • Addictions, including smoking cessation

 

If your life has become a little 'stuck' for whatever reason I can help you gain understanding, feel better quickly, put past events behind you, discover your own innate resources and strengths, find solutions, take control, set goals, and get your life moving forward again in the direction you desire in as short a time as possible for lasting change. Group/Team work

Whether at home, in school, at work, or within communities, an understanding of the importance of our innate human emotional needs and how we can meet them healthily can improve interpersonal relationships, increase happiness, decrease stress, optimise physical health, and improve performance. I offer groups talks, workshops and programmes to share this understanding. Please Contact me if you would like to discuss a particular emotional health theme for a talk/workshop. I also offer a series of workshops/programmes specifically for women and organisations on the theme of 'Thriving'.
